Interior design can be accessible to everybody now a days. Our e-design service can provide that to you. The process is entirely virtual, collaborative and cost-effective as an alternative to working with us in a traditional process. To put it simply: we do the design and you do the implementation.

WHAT IS E-DESIGN?
TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. E-design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.
​
B. The e-design service will not include trade/designers' discounts and custom-made furniture. That's only applied for full design services.
​
C. RG Art & Design will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly progress of the e-design project.
​
D. RG Art & Design will select purchases and solutions with value, suitability, and quality in mind, but cannot be held responsible for defective merchandise. Although the designer will do what is feasible to eliminate any obstacles during the process, the designer cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, faulty merchandise, installation, performance or workmanship of contractors, workrooms, and trade sources contracted by the client.

E. RG Art & Design cannot guarantee that actual prices for merchandise and/or interior installation of other costs or services as presented to client will not vary either by item or in the aggregate from any client proposed budget.
​
F. E-design’s client agrees to correspond strictly through online communication. Client also agrees to additional fee of $35 per phone call (for up to one hour) or $130 per hour in-person (when travel distance allows, such as a range of 25 miles).
G. Any additional service that is not included in the steps above, such as revisions, shopping in person, 3-D drawings, etc. would be charge separately.

H. RG Art & Design cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for e-design project.
​
J. Designs and presentations will remain the property of the designer and cannot be used by the client for any purpose other than this project.
​
K. The designer will be permitted to photograph and publicize the project while respecting the client’s right to privacy and convenience.
