WHAT IS THE CONSULTATION?
The consultation is for the 'do-it-yourself person' but who is feeling stuck with your decisions. The consultation can help you gain the clarity you need to start or to finish the project that you have started or have been postponing. During the consultation we’ll talk about your decorating dilemmas, your budget, your style, your time frame, whatever is your concern. After our meeting I will write a 'Consultation Summary', like a to do list, which is a summary of our meeting and suggestions to help you to take action.

WHERE CAN WE MEET?
We can meet in person if you live in the CT, Rhode Island and South of Massachusetts (max. 1 hour distance from my office); but we can also meet virtually, via Zoom or Face-Time, if you are out of this range.

HOW IT WORKS?

GETTING INSPIRED
First step is to get inspired to make the changes... ask yourself why, where and what you want to change? And don't forget to think about a budget. Collect inspiring images of rooms or things that make you feel
good and dreamy. If you are re-doing your kitchen or/and your bathroom collect samples from
your local sources. After that
TAKE ACTION, meeting with us!

MEET THE DESIGNER
Email or give us a call/text to schedule a consultation day, and to talk about your concerns and goals. Once you make payment we would book a date for the consultation day. We come to your home (or meet virtually), with tape measurement, paint chips, drafting software, samples of all kinds, inspiration images... the package of tools would depends on the goals that we plan to reach, discussed over the phone or/and by email, prior the consultation day.

CONSULTATION SUMMARY
After consultation you receive a written summary of our consultation meeting, describing the main ideas that you should work on. Depending on the case you would receive inspiration images of a style, furniture links, art & accessories links, contractors references, resources, a study of a furniture layout, etc.

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Inspiration Photos ie: Magazine, Pinterest and/or Houzz Boards, Instagram favorites' pages, etc.
2. Photos of your space - sent ahead of time.
3. Basic measurements - in some cases.
4. Project Investment - consider a price range. We can also help you come up with a realistic project investment based on our experience.
5. Timeline - what is your desired timelines?
6. Samples - Paint samples, flooring samples, tile samples, product photos etc.
